JOBS FOR CLEANERS HERE AT GOLDSMITHS ARE UNDER THREAT!
ISS is planning to:
– Get rid of the night shift, replacing it with a 4-hour evening shift;
– Get rid of the weekend morning shift, replacing it with an afternoon shift;
– Get rid of the early morning shift, replacing it with a longer mid-morning shift;
– Get rid of the Waste day shift, replacing it with a 4-hour shift;
These changes will have a huge impact on the workers involved, many of whom may not be able to accommodate the changes in shift times and therefore are likely to be facing redundancy.
UNISON is saying NO to this restructure and we need your support!
