Learning in UNISON

It’s the role of our Union Learning Representative to help you grow and develop at your workplace. It’s never too late to learn! Learning is central to building a stronger union in which members can speak up and get involved.

What do Union Learning Representatives do?

  • Provide information on learning and courses

  • Offer confidential advice about training

  • Talk to managers about training issues

  • Support and encourage people to access learning

  • Help you choose the right course
