Dear UNISON Members,

In accordance with national guidance, I am pleased to inform you that the Goldsmiths’ UNISON Branch Committee AGM will be taking place this year virtually. In order to accommodate this and ensure that all members in the Branch have the opportunity to participate fairly and democratically, we have made some slight changes to the normal processes and timescales.

Meeting Details
WHEN: 1:00 – 2:30pm on Friday 26th February 2021
(we will wait 10 minutes before starting the AGM in case any members experience technical issues accessing the meeting)

The meeting will be held online using Microsoft Teams.

If you are unable to access Teams on the day, please drop our Communications Officer (Dan) an emailat

AGM Attendance
You are invited to attend the AGM, you will receive a link to the meeting and paperwork for the AGM on Friday 12th February 2021. If you are concerned that you will not be able to participate in the AGM due to technical difficulties, please let Dan know in advance.

Access Requirements
UNISON recognises that in order for our members to fully participate, it may be necessary to make some adjustments so that we can ensure, so far as is reasonably practical, that everyone has the same opportunity to take part across our structures. Please read UNISON’s guidelines for virtual meetings.
